Dru Yoga gives the mind and body much needed rest and relaxation, to help you find a still point in a busy world. Classes are centred around the practice of Energy Block Release sequences, traditional yoga postures and sequences, along with lively activations and deep relaxation.
Dru Yoga is suitable for all abilities and the therapeutic nature of Dru means it is good for those who might otherwise feel unable to try yoga. The fully instructed classes are ideal for beginners and no prior knowledge or experience of yoga is required.
For the more experienced yogi Dru offers a holistic practice which works on body, mind and spirit – improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity and wellbeing.
