Our Practitioners

We work with high quality instructors and practitioners, at the heart of their practice is a desire to bring health and wellbeing to every one of their students.

Lucy completed her Dru Yoga training whilst living in Yorkshire and then moved to London at the start of 2012. She has a 200-hour fully certified Dru Yoga Teacher Training course under her belt along with a post-graduate module in Dru Yoga for Back Care and is a certified first aider. Lucy also acts as a support tutor on the Dru London Teacher Training course, regularly volunteering with Dru to expand her knowledge and experience.

I came to teaching yoga because I have personally found it to be the best cure for the challenges life throws at me. My classes are fun and friendly and I often teach in unusual urban venues, bringing yoga to the heart of local communities.
Dru Yoga has given me so much; from greatly improved physical health to mental and emotional wellbeing. I love teaching Dru and being able to pass on the benefits I get from it.

Lucy teaches a number of weekly classes across London, you can see her full schedule here:  Lucyoga.co.uk
