For the first two weeks of May at Get Lost we're focusing on 'self love' and the good kind of selfish, where you you give something back to yourself and all that's expected in return is a slightly more whole version of YOU! We'll be starting this little love revolution by bringing the idea of 'Every Day Retreat' into our lives and giving some time back to ourselves each day.
When we give time back to ourselves we send a very powerful message to our subconscious mind that we are worth it, that we deserve it and that we honour and love ourselves.
This daily gesture could take the form of simply making a yummy nourishing juice or meal, walking in nature, a swim, a bike ride, practicing yoga, meditation or ritual, dancing, hooping, lying around in the sun or doing just about anything that rocks your world and makes you happy.
We're inviting you to join in the fun, we'll be posting up pics on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter each day so please join us and share what you're doing to bring a bit of 'Retreat' into your everyday life with pics and comments.
We are the ones we've been waiting for people, let's start with the self love and watch that love ripple out into the world around us.
